California News Tech Promotes Eric Conway to Director of Business Development
California News Tech (OTC BB: CNTE), a leading technology company, today announced that Eric Conway, Marketing, has been promoted to the newly created position of Director of Business Development. The appointment is effective immediately. In his new position, Mr. Conway is responsible for all business development initiatives across all of the Company's product lines. He will also oversee and expand the Company's strategic co-marketing program with key partners in the industry. He will report directly to Mr. Marian Munz, Chief Executive Officer of California News Tech.
Mr. Munz commented, "We are anticipating 2006 to be a breakout year and are looking forward to the start of a high-growth period for California News Tech. The Director of Business Development position is a key position in the Company. I feel that Eric's talent and dedication can help to bring the company to the next level. Mr. Conway joined California News Tech in July, 2005 as part of the Marketing team and has worked aggressively on the co-marketing and strategic partnership programs for the Company. He has also implemented initiatives which have helped to increase revenues. Previously Mr. Conway was with National Able Network, a non-profit recruitment agency, where he helped organize the Company's public relations activities.
Mr. Conway holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Vermont in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
